No...

...electricity, heat, Internet, patience, or blogging.  It's all gone with the wind ice.  Hopefully I'll be back soon.  But from what I've been hearing, I'm afraid that might be a resounding NO.  Keeping my fingers crossed.  Well, at least until I have to put on mittens to go to sleep tonight.

  5. Wow! sorry to hear about that. Our electricity at our cabin was out for 6 days during our last ice storm . hope you have a generator and that the electric is back on soon. I am so OVER winter. Feels as if it is never going to end.

  6. Hang in, Friend! I'm sending you some of my Aloha Spirit...and we are bundled up tight here, too. Wood stove is doing its best but those mile long scarves I knit sure are doing the trick...and they all laughed at them. The poor dog can't figure out how to get out to the woods to do his business because only his head is above the snow line...and he's a full grown lab! Put the mittens on, and put the hoodie on! Be warm!!!

  8. Ours was out yesterday until sometime in the afternoon. The sound of the heat turning back on sure gave me a moment to pause and be thankful for something I take for granted. With no internet or TV, what's a girl to do? Take photos for Songography, of course! I hope your electricity is back on soon. Try to keep warm. What a wicked, wicked winter this has been! C'MON SPRING!

  9. Time for some snuggling with the better half........... lots of hot tea or cocoa. It might actually be warmer outside in the sunshine. Got snowshoes? Tickets to Italy? Sending good thoughts for speedy return of the power.

  12. How are you coping with no electricity or heat in those conditions - that must be awful. I really do hope you and your family are going ok.
