wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend, photographer, chauffeur, dork, reality show junkie, shoe maven, frequent flier mile collector, deprived and at times depraved traveller (only because I can't get enough of it!), baseball fanatic, list maker, Philly gal, patience challenged, gym rat, always looking for a new black hole of obsession to jump into, hates change, embraces change... surprisingly confusing to the Better Half.
I'm just Moi youse guys! Tag along for photos and ramblings of a Philly gal. Take the photos seriously, the meanderings...not so much.

Hi, I don't often (ok, almost never) leave comments, but I came across your blog through KK's Texture Tuesday and, well, just felt what the heck. Your blog just made me smile on a rather rough start to a rather blah Tuesday. Your themes are fun & fresh - Love the scavenger hunt Sundays. Your photos are so genuine and you really have a great eye. So thank you for making my rather blah Tuesday a little brighter and giving me the little bit of inspiration I've been looking for . . . especially when it comes to keeping up with my blog.
ReplyDeleteHave a Great Day, Maria
I had a blast traveling through your blog! You most certainly have an eye for the beauty in everyday. Your description of your family patiently, or maybe not so patiently, waiting for you to take just one more picture sounds like my life! Your entry for joy with the ornaments is beautiful . . . gotta figure out how you made that white box!
ReplyDeleteKathy, I just now read that you've only had your camera for one month?!
ReplyDeleteWHAT?!
Wow! And also, DA-ANG! You take amazing photographs! I cannot believe you've only had your DSLR for a month! You pulled bokeh heaven off like a pro, girl! Not to mention other things as well. I am impressed.
If you ever want to talk camera, or need help with anything, you can always ask me. I'd love to help. I know it can be confusing and there is a learning curve involved, but you definitely have an eye for this, and then some. So don't get discouraged, which is easy to do, ask me how I know? LOL... You are already a great photographer - just wait till you learn how to work that baby of yours to full capacity! :) You have a nice camera, too. I love my sons - he has the T2i and that thing rocks. I use his sometimes just because I like it so much. :)
Angie :)
What a fun blog, it's lovely to 'meet' you :) Just hopping over from Katherines Corner xxx
ReplyDeleteHello! I'm a member at both the Texture Tuesday and Beyond Layers groups -- I think today is my first visit to your wonderful blog. Just wanted to pop in and say Hi! My name is kim and I'm in Alaska; I'm a third-generation photographer (not a pro, though) who finds her greatest (occupational) joy in shooting images and processing them into pieces of art.
ReplyDeleteHave a glorious day!
Hi just calling by this morning to thankyou for becoming a follower of my photography blog, delighted you found me as now I can follow back and add you to my blog roll, your blog sounds as if it will be fun from your introduction above. :)

i love this, i did not know you had another blog... I saw the link on your post with the dragon...
ReplyDeleteRead your 'Urban Meyer pouting comment'...spot on. I am with you on that. What a poor example to his team with a couple minutes remaining. He is in it for himself...clear - cut.
ReplyDeleteHey Kath...will you shoot me an e-mail? iamsasyk@aol.com
