Busy as a bee...

It's easy to walk on by.  Not notice what goes on beyond the facade, behind closed doors.

Push back the figurative door.  A bee.  Busy at work.  A lot of flitting around.  Not sure how much is being accomplished.   Bees only seem to know one speed regardless of their goals.

Probably one of those "Mom of the Bride" bees...with just three weeks remaining til the big day.  Just sayin'.

Busy, busy, busy bee.  These photos were taken on Saturday while visiting the venue-to- bee  be.  Some decisions still left to be made, time's a tickin'.  Thing #2 gave her last final at school, packed up her car, and is driving the nine hours from Cincy to Philly today.  She will be home for the three weeks leading up to the wedding.  Lots on my 'to do' list.  Probably lots to do that I still haven't realized SHOULD be on my 'to do' list.  I only seem to know one speed these days, regardless of my goals. And am enjoying it all.  Even tho there are some days I don't come out from behind MY closed doors.

Here's where I "link up" today.

Please join me on Sundays for Song-ography.
This week's song title is Heather Small's "Proud".

  1. Praying for clear, easy roads! And three seamless weeks! I'm trying to think if there were any last minute things that caught us by surprise...but seriously, with the "planners" and on line help they have these days it's hard to miss much!

  9. It will all be worth it! Hide out when you need to.
I TRY to photograph a bee now and then but I am not a pro so it's generally nothing but blur.
    These shots are gorgeous!
