"Song-ography, 'The Miracle' edition...

"We're having a miracle here on Earth,
Mother Nature does it all for us...

The wonders of this world go on,
It's a miracle, it's a miracle, it's a miracle..."

-The Miracle (Queen)

"The Miracle"
Cortona, Italy
(taken from the terrace, while drinking some fabulous Italian wine...it was probably a miracle I could focus)

"One of the main reasons that we lose our enthusiasm in life is because we become ungrateful...
We let what was once a miracle become common to us.
We get so accustomed to his goodness it becomes routine."

-Joel Osteen

  6. What an absolute awesome, stunning sunset! I just love it when I see and capture the rays peeking out from behind clouds.
Very good quote, too. It speaks very, very true.

  7. I think it somewhat comes full circle - or at least partially - the older we get the more (hopefully) we appreciate the little things, the warmth of the sun, the spring breeze; the moments as much as days. I remember as a child how we would lay on the ground and look up to the sky and wonder out loud and now, I don't lay on the ground (sound bite: "I've fallen and I can't get up!") - but I do pause and admire the sky on a regular basis. Nice capture - and I can just imagine it with a nice glass of wine.

  9. Clap. Clapping. Still clapping. What a miracle you captured. Sweet wine and the "eye" of a great photographer.
