All smiles...

"Morning Light"

"It was only a sunny smile,
and little it cost in the giving.
But like morning light it scattered the night,
and made the day worth living."

-Oscar Wilde

Lots of sun, and lots to smile about around here these days.   Life is indeed worth living.  But why does all that beautiful morning light also have to illuminate the layer of dust blanketing my dining room table?  Breaking out the Pledge...stat.

Here's where I "link up" today.

  9. The slightest glimmer of light can be so beautiful. (lets just not talk about dust - with 3 cats, it never ends here, I'm thinking about teaching them how to put those tails to work and dust as they go ... it's a thought).

  10. Oh yes, the dust... I took a couple of pics of some colorful bottles from Italy... until I saw the dust line up in the macro shot :(

  14. Ahh, someone else who has dust. It's a good thing I don't work, because I can start dusting at one end of the house and by the time I'm finished I need to start all over again. :( Of course damp dusting helps. I hope you get the better half to get up there and dust that chandelier. We don't want to see photos of you in a cast anytime soon. :) How do you ever find all those quotations to go with your photos? Amazing!
