"Yuletide Fifer"
Elfreth's Alley
Philadelphia, PA
Elfreth's Alley in the Old City section of Philadelphia. The nation's oldest residential, street dating back to the first days of the 18th century, opened their doors for the annual "Deck the Alley". For only a few hours, the homeowners allowed a peak into their charming (aka TINY) colonial era homes. I've peaked into their windows before. Felt strange to be invited to walk right in. A Yuletide treat complete with music, and a renewed appreciation for the modern conveniences of life.
Here's where I'm linking up today ..."The Party's On"

This week's song title is Michael Buble's "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas."
