Shadow Dancing...

The town was yawning.  Painted and peeling shutters had yet to be sprung open.  Yet the streets were fully awake in color.  Washed with painted streaks of ochre sun and deep caramel shadows.  There is magic in the morning sun and shadows.  A pity to sleep through the show.

    One of my favorite French towns...sigh. These are beautiful - they capture the morning light perfectly and the feel of those streets.
