"He's Just Not That Into Me"
Dog #1
Dog #1
Trying something new this week and linking up with iheartfaces for their photochallenge which is....drumroll puhleeze....PETS! Good thing I have a couple of those.
Look at those big soulful eyes on Dog #1. They just make me melt into a puddle. Which also breaks my heart because unlike Dog #2 who follows me around constantly, comes before I call, wants love and affection, and aims to please.....Dog #1 is just not that into me. He loves playing hard to get and I'm sure gets not so secret satisfaction seeing ME follow him around and begging for attention. Geez...am I still in high school?!?

He is a cutie love it..
ReplyDeleteSuch a squishy nose and big brown eyes! I love it!
ReplyDeleteCount your blessings, Kathy -- I have two big ones who follow me around all day. It's dangerous when walking around in flip flops in this house!
ReplyDeleteI love how the color of his eyes is picked up in his blankie. It's a dog's life.
Ahhh, I only have one dog and he is a follow me around kinda dog, he definitely knows the hand that feeds him. Sweet shot of your dog #2, and I saw where I Heart Faces had pets as their theme...you just might see my Toby there this week.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweetheart:)
ReplyDeleteooops, I meant your dog #1...my memory is about as big as a minute. Sorry.
ReplyDeleteHomey! This is possibly my favorite picture ever. I can't wait to see you and those cuties this weekend!
ReplyDeleteAwww such a cute look. Love how you described his personality.
ReplyDeleteAdorable. I loves Bostons, I don't think we will ever own another breed. When we first talked about getting a dog I wanted a French Bulldog but I couldn't find one for cheaper than $1200. Then I happened to see an ad in the paper for Boston Terrier puppies. We went to see them and I was in love. She's the best dog ever. I'm trying to convince my husband to let me find her a little sister but he isn't budging.
ReplyDeleteMallory, I don't have 2 Bostons, but I do have 2 dogs. And I have to tell ya, it is wonderful having two. They keep each other busy and wear each other out. We had the Boston first, then a year later got Dog #2. Wish I had done it at the same time. We don't even take them for walks that much anymore because they chase each other all around the yard and play. So in a way, it is alot easier with two.
ReplyDeleteOh, it's me again....you asked what kind of a dog Toby is...he is a mix of a Sheltie (Mom) and a Schnauzer (Dad)...definitely not one of the designer dogs, I think he was a mistake. But mistake or not, he is the best dog ever, and smart as a whip. Told ya I was probably going to enter him in the I heart faces pet challenge. But I see there are 600+ entries, wow! I think Toby is #674.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, I'm usually a cat person but I really love your dog!
ReplyDeleteWhat an expressive face! You've captured him perfectly.
