I need the rain, to appreciate the sun. And my camera, to appreciate the beauty in both. As George says, it's as if the smiles are returning to the faces. Doo, Doo, Doo, Doo.
So funny...I did this yesterday ~ walked around and took pretty pictures of the rain drops on the blooms, the leaves! I found it so refreshing...yet couldn't quite understand why until I just read "I need the rain to appreciate the sun. And my camera to appreciate the beauty in both"!! LOVE IT!
Oh Kathy, yummy! Love the sparkle in the first one in that water drop and the color in that second one!! And you got some dreamy bokeh in that last one, nicely done on all!
Oh, you've got some azaleas. Ours are long gone. We did finally get some rain, setting a record of 6.88 inches. Now we're no longer in a deficit. Hopefully we'll get more. Have a good weekend.
sigh... love that song. swooning over that last gorgeous shot. great perspective and d.o.f.!... made me feel like i was right there in front of it, with my nose smack dab next to it... almost touching the leaf.
