Those are amazing! What a funky place!
ReplyDeleteYou've been going on such interesting walks lately! Renee. P.S you are a very humorous entertaining person- thanks for the laughs.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting photos and fabulous quotes. I still remember the whole Imelda Marcos fiasco - what a mess, but by God she stepped out in style.
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous. I love the interplay between the quotes and images!
ReplyDeleteMollyxxx
Great set of shots - And amazing quotes to carry us along into the corners of your mind! I knew some young ladies - students at MIT whose father had been a right hand kinda guy to Marcos - oh the stories they could tell!
ReplyDeleteVery cool shots indeed! What nifty "wind chimes"!
ReplyDeleteFANTASTIC quotes for equally FANTASTIC images!!
ReplyDeleteLots of cool shots, Kathy..........they made a "last-ing" impression on me. :)
ReplyDeleteAnything Louboutin says makes good sense. I already know because anyone who can make those gorgeous, instantly recognizable shoes has got to be a genius. ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting today from Thumping Thursdays.
This is a great post! Love it. That first image has amazing composition. The quotes are just priceless, and I love a shoe loving woman being called an Imelda! Perfect!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos! What a clever display the shop has.
ReplyDeleteI guess I'm not a real woman. I've never had an interest in shoes except as something to cover and/or protect my feet when absolutely necessary. Interesting photos, though. I especially like that second one.
ReplyDeleteOh that silly Imelda... LOL
ReplyDeleteLove those quotes!
ReplyDeleteLove the quirky quotes to go with these quirky photos... "Bell-bea-full!"
ReplyDeleteHi Kathy, I'm new to your blog. I found you through the Rurality Blog Hop and have left a couple of comments in regards to it. Just wanted to say that I really love your "eye" and enjoy your photos. These are all great images but that top photo should be framed and hanging on a wall. LOVE it.
ReplyDeleteI took a peek at your My "Stuff" and we have similar "stuff." I have the Canon T4i which is the newest rev of your camera and I love it. I also have the same 50mm lens. My other lenses are the kit lens that came with the camera (no great shakes but we got a good bundle deal) which is 18 x 55mm and another lens (Canon as well) that is 55-250mm. However, your Tamron would make a lot more sense for me since it covers both those lenses. Are you happy with it? Also, now I am crazily craving one of those Epiphanie bags! Thanks for helping me exercise my camera budget! :)
Keep those great photos coming. I really need to get down to Lambertville, it looks like my kind of town with lots of photo ops.

And I bet even your strolling shoes are exquisite... :)
ReplyDeleteI must just not be a real woman. I don't have the shoe thing going on. Sneakers-I can go there though. Does that count? I love this series, in particular the last 2 images are my faves. Shoe on my friend.
ReplyDeleteLove these-what a cool place to shoot
ReplyDeletelove this. Thank you for sharing your lovely blog at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop xo
ReplyDeleteI love shoes, especially funky, retro styles. But Imelda I am not. It's just too expensive of a habit. Sadness....
ReplyDeleteWhat a cool place- oh the photo possibilities. How fun.
ReplyDeleteYour post has me smiling once again. I sure do love the look of a women in heels but I just cant walk in the darn things. And at my age I am not about to start. I guess I will just stick to my converse..
ReplyDeleteReally great shots my friend. LOVED them..
Hugs~
