It's pouring here!! My office has the roof over it not another story and all day I've heard the driving rain!
ReplyDeleteWhat a terrific place to be misplaced in!
ReplyDeleteI have never felt this tired of cold, rainy weather. It's a beautiful building that has been well maintained. It looks familiar.
ReplyDeleteI love this image! Photo tells a story which a lot of images don't do.

I love old windows. And, this is a great one.
ReplyDeleteAnd, rock walls. Love it.
Great shot.
Yep - it's cold and rainy and windy here, too. My least favorite month of the year coming up (can I please just hibernate?) I do love the stone wall and window shutter on your shot, though! Very nice!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous image - I love the rustic feel.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit and comment on my Rurality image.

Love your composition and texture on this! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteLovely window and the texture of the bricks is fabulous.
ReplyDeleteSimple with texture and great composition. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely place to be "misplaced" in. When i first saw this, I thought... ah a window from France. Your photos of Pa make me want to come back and visit there again. Have not been in Pa for many years, and you make it look wonderful. Like the window shutter that closes.
ReplyDeleteTemporarily misplaced is often not a bad thing, especially when discovering a beautiful spot such as this. Windows are some of my favorite things. I agree! I can do without more rain! It is sunshiney here in Maryland today ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty photo! I love the window and rock facade. Hope the rain stops soon for you!
ReplyDeleteVisiting from the Rurality Blog Hop :)

Really nice photo, never mind the rain.
ReplyDeleteNice Shot! It has quit raining here only to be foretasted for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteThis looks more like Europe than here in the States...I want to peek in! Great composition!
ReplyDeleteLove all the texture in that beautiful stone wall, and the precision of those window panes. Beautifully composed!
ReplyDeleteLove that photo. Looking at it makes me want to see the movie ... um lemme think.. I had to go look it up The Holiday with Kate Winslet. Just that photo reminded me of the house she stayed in which I thought was adorable. If you never saw it, its a cute one. She and Cameron Diaz trade houses as a vacation kind of thing.
ReplyDeleteOh you mean the dark clouds of doom & glooom & rain aren't just over NJ??? We are SO sick of this cruddy weather. I Need spring ... green grass & sun! Is that too much to ask? :)
ReplyDeleteWindows & stone texture---happy sigh
ReplyDeleteI love rain, Kathy. There's something about it the shouts ... curl up, read a book, watch a movie, make some soup, sip hot chocolate. I do understand it puts a damper on getting out to walk though. I love your window in the rock wall. Reminds me of visits to small British towns. Thanks for joining Walk and Click Wednesdays!!
ReplyDeleteMe too! Except we are getting ice and snow! The texture in this photo is outstanding! I love everything about this picture! Wonderful job lady!
ReplyDeleteEven though you and I are miles apart it's raining ( completely pouring) here too. Composition of this photo? Perfect. Thanks for cheering me up. Renee
ReplyDeleteOh Kathy, I hear you! This wet, dreary winter seems extra long this year. We finally got some sun yesterday - I hope you get some soon! Gorgeous photo.
ReplyDeleteFantastic photo ~ Great everything, composition, color, texture! ^_^
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments ~ slow to respond (had flu bug)
Love the shot- sorry to hear you are not enjoying the rain.
ReplyDeleteLOVE your photos!! My rain garden has been full of rain but I'm ready for some sun. :o)
ReplyDeleteVisiting from Rurality Blog Hop. Love this photo. I've always wanted to live in a stone house and PA has so many of them. Just lovely.
ReplyDeleteAwww, open it just a crack and smell the freshness....it will help!
ReplyDeleteAnother amazing shot...
ReplyDeleteYou mean this stuff stops??? It is either puttering snow, sleet or rain lately. Noted on someone's blog the other day about how clean Spring rain is, especially compared to the blah ugh bleh rain we've had through February. Huge difference.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining in 'Rurality Blog Hop #4' Hope to see you next Wednesday for #5...
