"Song-ography, the 'Breakaway' edition...

"I'll spread my wings and I'll learn how to fly
I'll do what it takes til I touch the sky
And I'll make a wish
Take a chance
Make a change
And breakaway...

"Til I Touch the Sky"
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

...Out of the darkness and into the sun
But I won't forget all the ones that I loved
I'll take a risk
Take a chance
Make a change
And breakaway."

-Breakaway (Kelly Clarkson)

Hello Tuesday!  Hello Song-ography!  Hello November!  Yikes, can't believe ANY of those is possible.  Time sure keeps slipping away on me.  But WELCOME to Song-ography, where the rules are pretty straight forward:

Song/Lyrics + Photo(s) = Song-ography

I urge everyone to stay true to the purpose of Song-ography when linking up.  Sorry, but random posts are kinda annoying to both myself AND to those who DO take the link-up seriously by putting in the time and effort to link their photography with song.  As always I want to thank everyone for stopping by, commenting, and/or participating.  All are appreciated.  And I also urge everyone to do the neighborly thing by popping by a few of the blogs of your fellow Song-ographers and leaving a comment.  As for myself, I apologize for not getting to EVERY ONE'S blog last week like I usually do.  As I mentioned above...time just slipped away too quickly (hangs head in shame!).  But I promise that won't happen this week!

  2. Perfectly chosen image and thank you for the reminder to keep things in the spirit of the link-up (don't get me wrong, I like a good "look at what I wore / fashion lesson" but if I can't name that tune in a few beats, or it's not totally goodrandomfun and perhaps in b/w - then I'll pass).

Have a great week Kathy. :)

    1. That's one of the things I love about Song-ography. Everyone interprets the same thing differently. That's what keeps life interesting :)

  5. I'd have been a little uneasy under the birds having been the recipient of one of their dropped gifts in the past.

    1. I know, I always wonder what it must be like to be able to soar like that.
